Brief
and to-the-point Biography: April lives in Botetourt County and attends Lord Botetourt High School, Roanoke Valley Governor's School for Science and Technology, and Virginia Western Community College. She was born on June 5, 1984, and contrary to politically and legally correct issues, she has abrogated the system and been driving for 10 years now. She is extremely independent just to let everyone know... so be forwarned! Education: April is a junior at Lord Botetourt High School who also attends two other schools. She goes to the Roanoke Valley Governor’s School for Science and Technology which starts at 8:20 A.M. for math and science classes, getting up an extra two hours to make the thirty-five minute commute into Roanoke. She suffers from sleep deprivation constantly. As well as attending these two schools, she goes to Virginia Western, where she has taken numerous courses on Web Design, including Java Scripting and Front Page 98 Applications. She took, however, during this past school year, French 202 to take the place of her language credit at her home school where they could not fit in French into her schedule. Hobbies: April is involved in too many hobbies. She participated in Cross Country, is one of the three head editors and computer coordinator for the Lord Botetourt Yearbook Staff, Secretary for the National Honor Society, and Treasurer for the French Club. Outside of school she rides and shows her thoroughbred as a hunter/jumper and foxhunts with her trainer with one of her other horses.(Click here to see horse pictures.) She also plays piano with Mrs. Kidd in Troutville. As well as those wonderful aspects of her over-crowded life, she works out, sometimes kick boxes, loves the concept of Krav Maga, designs websites (and just now got the time and motivation to do her own), writes and is a fill-in photographer for a few regional magazines, does 4-H when she can, and has a fetish for expensive cars. (Her dream car is a BMW M3 convertible in gunmetal silver with a black leather interior and black top and ultimate dream car, Ferrari 360 Modena Spider in silver, likewise with a black top. She enjoys travel, and has been to many of the States, as well as Mexico, Canada, England, Ireland, Wales, and France. For Spring Break, she and her family went to Hawaii and she got to play on the beaches by day, and... well, play on the beaches by night too, and this summer they plan to travel to Italy. There is never a dull moment in her life; she is a master at running her mouth with constant nonsense. Also, she has a degree in BS.
Future: What does the crystal ball see for this girl's promising future? Well, her mind prophecies an undergraduate degree at Virginia Tech, UVA, or John Hopkins University in Computer Science or Networking, or Pre-law, and then graduate school at either MIT or Harvard.
